1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
Our first date was definitely one for the books. For months my husband Harry tried his hardest to convince me to go out with him, and I would always decline due to him being younger.
So finally, I said yes, and our first date was on his 30th birthday, and Thanksgiving Day. The funny part is, I had told myself that it would be our last date, as I answer this question as Mrs.Smith.
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
The two most important things in my kitchen are the fridge and microwave, AKA the dynamic duo of takeout management. I mean, why bother with cooking when you can just order in and have your fridge and microwave do all the work for you? It's a match made in culinary heaven. Who needs fancy cooking appliances when you've got these two trusty sidekicks?
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
People always assume that I spend lots of money because it is said that I have extravagant taste. While part of that statement may be true, the part that isnt is that I spend lots of money. The majority of my wardrobe is upcycled, repurposed, or thrifted items, that means this fashionista knows how to bring you amazing fashions..But on a budget.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
I remember a time when I was simultaneously preparing dinner, helping my daughter with homework, and fielding work calls. My husband looked at me and said, "How do you do it all?" Without missing a beat, I responded, "It's called leadership, honey. You should try it sometime." We both laughed, but I knew that being a wife, mother, and entrepreneur requires a certain level of multitasking and delegation. It's not always easy, but it's worth it when you see everything come together.
5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
If fear weren't a factor, ziplining would definitely be an exciting, and exhilarating adventure to experience. Without the fear holding me back, I could enjoy the freedom and excitement of ziplining without any hesitation. Overcoming my fear of heights would be totally liberating, and it would give me a sense of accomplishment. That part alone is a reward in itself.
